Throttle Body Bushing Service

• We provide throttle body shaft bushing service for all CFI Throttle bodies. We only install high quality Oilite bushings instead of the thinner bushings that have been known to be used. This will give you many miles of trouble free operation.

"IMPORTANT THROTTLE BODY NOTICE"

After you receive the newly bushed throttle bodies from us, it is "IMPAIRATIVE" that you rebalance the throttle bodies and readjust the TPS voltage for correct operation of the motor. ABOUT SHIPPING US YOUR THROTTLE BODIES

When shipping us your serviceable throttle body cores, please remove the TPS, IACs and the injector towers. We only need the throttle body base. NOTE: The term “serviceable core” means that your throttle body base is not cracked/broken or worn beyond reconditioning. We must receive your throttle body core before we will send out a bushed throttle body set. If the core is deemed “unserviceable” we will contact you to determine what to do next.

NEW TB Boring Service

We now do throttle body boring with a dimension size of 2 inches. The service also includes new shaft bushings and balance port. Larger bore sizes will be done at a later date. Please contact us either by phone or email for more details.
