| Product Description |
Created for the 82-84 Corvette, Camaro, Firebird and Trans AM. An OEM high performance replacement manifold. Accommodates up to 2.25 inch throttle bodies, all stock OEM crossfire accessory's to include brackets, EGR, PCV and stock vacuum fittings. Provides more power, torque, plenum area and improved gas mileage. This is a all new high performance designed cast manifold and not simply a ported or modified stock crossfire manifold. Made from aircraft grade aluminum, this unit is a complete plug and play assembly with no further modifications necessary. Power gains of 30RWHP plus have been achieved in testing over stock configuration and 20RWHP plus has been achieved over other crossfire adapted manifolds on 383 stroker motors. |

We install new self lubricating Oilite bushings to restore that like new movement and seal of the throttle shafts. Provides them to balance easier and retain a balance longer. Each plate is machined to 0.005" flatness and the included black Neoprene gaskets (gaskets not shown) ensures a good seal. Each plate is 3/8" high quality aircraft aluminum. |

Our chip is similar to others in the marketplace only much cheaper. There is increased fueling, spark and improved TCC settings. This chip will cure a condition known by a GM TSB as "chuggle" a low speed surge. We do not make any claims of "You will get X amount more horsepower" for the simple reason each motor may have different setups and repair conditions vary. This is for a stock motor, but can be used with smaller cams, ported manifolds and 2" TBs. Performance you can feel. |

This is a custom grind roller cam made by Erson Cam specifically for DCS and is a perfect fit with our Renegade manifold and 2 inch throttle bodies. This cam works well with a 383 cubic inch motor and produces good low end torque and excellent mid range. The cam requires a modified 1227747 or 1228746 ECM. Cam Spec: Dur: 229 Lift: .544/.544 @ .050 with 1.6 rockers LSA: 113 A stall converter of 2,400 - 2,600 is recommended along with a gear of 3.23 or higher. |
